At a cost of Rupiahs 250 (about US $4.5o), it’s not a solution to India’s most pressing problem – the unaddressed, unidentified and unidentifiable. As is common in India, this must have been a service set up by the Brits in the days before World War II. Nothing is ever discarded in India!
