Elderly lady moves from one senior assisted living facility to another and USPS refused to forward her mail because the place she’s moving from “Is listed as a business address” and absolutely no one at the post office levels she could reach made any effort to help her. It took the consumer assistance department of the newspaper to get it done. This kind of inflexibility shows poor training and disdain for the customers. All the employees do is brush away this poor woman and her well-intentioned helper. Certainly helps to drive customers to other media, doesn’t it?
Now, let’s see if senior management makes some changes in their system. Damn well better, given the predicted size of the population of these assisted living facilities.
